Zizoo Yachtcharter

This company is a complete fraud. They do not pay the boat providers nor the employees. They have been under government administration due to insolvency. Stay away and book your boat trip somewhere else.

Hi A warning to other holiday makers. One week before my yacht charter start date I receive a call from the charter company to tell me that Zizoo (the booking agent) have not paid them, even though I paid Zizoo in full 6 months ago. After one week of wrestling with Zizoo I finally receive a call telling me that the bill will not be paid in time and to secure the charter I will need to pay again. They say they will be in a position to pay me back within 4 weeks but my guess is, unless they received more funding, they will be honouring that promise by using new customers deposits. Thus, merely kicking the problem down the track to future unsuspecting holiday makers. I am a businessman and I understand cash flow problems happen but what I dislike is a leadership team who field junior front line agents and do not step up to have the difficult conversations. This is a business run by incompetent cowards in my humble opinion

WARNING: Zizoo is not trustworthy. I tried to book a houseboat for our family vacation. The first time, I was told the boat was not available and was offered alternatives. Then, I booked one of these alternatives and received a confirmation. After a phone call with an employee, they said they would get back to me to confirm the booking for the chosen dates. We agreed on a specific date and time, but unfortunately, the employee never got back to me. After a week, I called them myself only to find out that the houseboat was not available. Our family vacation was ruined. The confirmation email was worth NOTHING. I cannot recommend this provider under any circumstances. Stay away to avoid experiencing the same thing as us.

great location of the marina, clean facilities and incredibly friendly charter people when arriving. Zizoo sales mate was just fantastic in working out in the best way all our trip details. Thank you Zizoo people for the experience#

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico with Zizoo boats. I rented a Sailboat for a group. Upon arrival we had some issues accessing the boat, which were quickly resolved by the Zizoo team. They took care of everything and the agent who helped us was super lovely! We had one of the most memorable experiences ever. Would recommend 100%, especially when looking for a unique vacation experience.

Disastrous! We arrive at the port to find that Zizoo have not paid the yacht owners for the charter in spite of us paying Zizoo in full. The owners were chasing Zizoo for payment but receiving no response and when we contacted Zizoo they confirmed that they have cash flow problems and promised to repay us, nothing received yet and no reply to our emails. Beware!

Absolutely terrible service. We booked a boat charter in Italy which was cancelled by the company on the day in July. Still yet to receive a refund - and it is October! It also took multiple attempts to make a booking, and now to follow up the refund has been a shambles. Do not trust this company. They will steal your money (660€) and never give it back.

Zizoo has serious cash flow problems and lost all of its integrity! They started not paying charter partners, client reservations and now most concerning employees salaries. I am just one victim whom Zizoo owes more than $12,000 to in unpaid invoices for sales services in the USA (Miami).

We had a boat for 7 days in Sardinia and warmly welcomed by the crew. The location to pick up the boat was a bit messy. In the end everything worked out well, thanks to Zizoo customer service that worked out solutions for us, thank you guys

The company has gone bust and has not paid the charter companies that we booked through them - according to the sales agent I spoke to today they cannot refund anything as they are in administration meaning we have lost out money on the two charters we have paid for yet they are still advertising- do not book!
